By accessing or using Lookhu, our websites, mobile applications, streaming platform, AI tools (including Lookhu Adapt), token features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Use of the Services
Lookhu provides a streaming platform where users can watch, share, and upload content, earn cryptocurrency rewards, access token-gated experiences, and use AI-powered development tools. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Services.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or create through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Lookhu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Services. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content and that it complies with these Terms.
6. Cryptocurrency & Tokens
Certain Services involve cryptocurrency, digital tokens, and blockchain-based rewards. The value of digital assets may be volatile, and transactions may be irreversible. Lookhu does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or availability of any token. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of these features. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features require payment, including subscription plans and one-time product purchases. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a specific offering. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. AI Tools & Output
Lookhu offers AI-powered tools that generate text, prompts, and other creative output. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI output before relying on or publishing it. Lookhu does not warrant any AI-generated result.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their design, software, branding, and features, are owned by Lookhu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with the Services; (d) attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use; (e) scrape or harvest data; or (f) use the Services to transmit spam, harmful, or fraudulent content.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result will be accurate or reliable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lookhu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lookhu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lookhu is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms.
